Excellent service, contacted me quickly and arranged to pop over next day to take a look at issue. Gave me great advice about what the issue was and the best way to get this resolved using existing insurance. Very knowledgeable about everything to do with buildings and ways to resolve issues. Ryan turned up early on the Saturday morning. He discussed with me the options for fitting the new down pipe and then set to work. After fitting the new pipe he cleaned the guttering and all the 'plastics' and finally cleaned up around the bungalow - a good job done, and we are well pleased with the outcome.
