Absolutely awful service do not recommend! Completely ruined our drive / garden slabs. Petrol from the garden power tool used has leaked everywhere. Garden waste bags dragged from back to front garden leaving scratches . Called to ask them to come back out to clean up, said they were coming and never did. Blocked my phone number after calling to chase. Not responded to any of my calls, voice mails, emails etc. Sent photos of the conditions they have left it in but again no response. No apology at all. A week on and still no luck. Do not waste your time with this company!!!

We made an appointment with Michael for a quotation, and we waited for 30 mins and he still not appearing. Tried to call for at least 10 times and he finally picked up the phone, turns out he is in another job and not able to come. Disappointed and wasted our time, as the appointment time was decided by him, not us. Not professional.

Although they were unable to take out our conifer, they were able to tidy it up. They took off some height on a couple of other trees and pruned our Laurel hedges.

Excellent service as always! Brilliant communication, very friendly and of course the garden looks lovely. This is the 2nd time we have had work carried out by Mike and would definitely use him again. Thank you!
