    Good service - one engineer a bit slack, the replacement engineer excellent.

    The customer service staff were very good and got my booking in promptly and everything was nice and clear re. charges etc. Ashley diagnosed the problem quickly. It was annoying that I had asked for my shower to be looked at as well as my boiler he said he would need to refer me to another plumber for a second call-out fee. The part was delayed and the return appointment had to be cancelled. Then he became unresponsive. Handy Experts had to send me a replacement engineer, Dean, who was excellent, friendly and professional and fitted the new parts efficiently and I got £50 off my bill.

    Fast and reliable fix

    I had an issue with low pressure at my bathroom sink. James fixed it and recommended other additional optional improvements. Highly professional work, delivered fast, with faultless communication and friendliness. For a reasonable price, as well. I would highly recommend.

    Extremely fast and friendly service. Discussed options and gave very good advice. Got estimates and alternatives in response to my suggestions/questions - nothing was too much effort. One of the best experiences ever with tradesmen - friendly, quick and reliable, from asking for quotes to getting the job done, with full report delivered after the work. Excellent!

    Domestic boiler repair & service

    I logged the job on Checkatrade, they called me straight away. I explained I need to check them on the Gas Safe register & would not book until reviewing all the companies & prices. They supplied the details straightaway. I checked them out & they were fully registered & explained the process clearly. I explained I would need to see the engineers Gas safety card & this was not a problem. The whole thing was quick, smooth, clearly explained & did not need a inspection from someone then the engineer to be sent. This is the company to use & ask for the engineer called Darren as he was amazing!!!!
