Communication from the company was good as well as from the electrician. The electrician explained clearly what was required and why and the work carried out was excellent.

The plumber who did the job was great. He was on time, polite, explained the job and quietly got on with it. He asked me to test the repaired tap. I was very happy with his service and the lady who booked it called Emma P. Very happy customer.

NB, this was NOT emergency handyman work, but for some reason Check a Trade won't offer me just 'handyman' as an option. This is the second time we've booked HandyExperts after seeking quotes through Check a Trade - their quotes are always some of the most reasonable. As with the last time a few months ago, the tradesperson who attended today was very efficient, thorough, honest and professional. He gave me a 20-30m heads up he would be arriving, and arrived in the time window he said. He was also friendly. Once we had a quote, service from their central office was also great and clear.
