  Poor aftercare.

  They installed a new tap, however in under two months we have found it has begun leaking at the joint. We have contacted them repeatedly requesting them to fix it but have been ignored.

  Hi John, We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. After becoming aware that we had missed some of your calls, we contacted you and attended the property the following day to investigate and resolve the issue. On inspection, the leak was found to be coming from the existing isolating valve beneath the sink, which was not part of the tap installation and was not replaced during the original work.   Blockage Removal and Dishwasher Install

  Communication was great, prompt responses and fit in around my schedule. Got here on time, they were lovely guys. Made me feel completely comfortable with them. Carried the job out quickly and neatly. Carried my old dishwasher downstairs and out of the way for me and installed my new one with no issues. Left the space clean and tidy. Would use them again for any plumbing needs.
