Steve was very friendly when visiting to price the jobs I wanted doing and scheduled the work around a time that was convenient for me. Danny done a fantastic job with the plastering, very polite, friendly and cleaned up once he finished. It was a pleasure working with Steve and Bradley from H & S Property Refurbishment and Building Services. Bradley did an excellent job installing kitchen cabinets and shelving, adjusting the hallway light, tiling the bathroom floor, fitting a bathtub panel, and realigning the washing machine door. They were quick to respond, professional, and greatly improved the poor work left by previous contractors. From the moment I listed the job on Checkatrade Steve was polite and proactive as well as providing excellent communication through out. Bradley carried out the works and he was very punctual arrived 15 minutes early and did an amazing job throughout the day and provided updates.
