  I had H & S property refurbishment replace my old wooden garden shed with a plastic one. I must say they were very efficient and cleared all the rubbish. I would highly recommend thus company.

  Careful, clean worker and good problem solving skills

  H&S carried out a refurbishment of the wall our tv was mounted on. Steve suggested using acoustic board. Two double power points were added and wiring concealed. It all looks so much smarter now. They also hung a large Roman blind which also looks great.

  Helpful and friendly

  I have used Steven and his team before when I had to remove a kitchen cupboard to put in a boiler and add some tiles, and recently to stick back up some tiles coming down over my bathroom window, Steven and his team were very helpful and very friendly, and was very pleased with there work.

  Steve was very friendly when visiting to price the jobs I wanted doing and scheduled the work around a time that was convenient for me. Danny done a fantastic job with the plastering, very polite, friendly and cleaned up once he finished. I will be using H&S again in the near future and highly recommend them.

  Whole host of things relating to decorating

  It was a pleasure working with Steve and Bradley from H & S Property Refurbishment and Building Services. Bradley did an excellent job installing kitchen cabinets and shelving, adjusting the hallway light, tiling the bathroom floor, fitting a bathtub panel, and realigning the washing machine door. They were quick to respond, professional, and greatly improved the poor work left by previous contractors. Highly recommend!
