We needed a new loft hatch fitting. Sheldon was very responsive at first, coming out quickly and advising us which hatch to buy. Unfortunately when it came to fitting, we experienced numerous problems with Sheldon repeatedly arranging a date to fit, only to then cancel at short notice. This was finally installed at the 5th attempt. His work was of a good standard, but the repeated cancellations caused us lots of problems. A couple of months later we had an issue with the hatch. We arranged for him to come and look at it, but he failed to show and didn't even tell us.

I would highly recommend. Turned up on time, went through everything with me, even before putting it up asked if I was happy with it. Cleaned up after. Very happy and would defo recommend. Will be coming back for more work.

Great prompt service. Super friendly and nothing was too much effort for them. Made it such an easy job to deal with and it’s so rare to find someone with a can-do attitude and them willing to find solutions to challenges. Recommend the team and will rehire.

Sheldon was able to come quickly, and the whole job was done very efficiently with no trouble. I'll definitely be getting them in next time I need anything doing!
