Third time we have used them and have just booked a boiler service next month. Super lads who communicate clearly and their work is excellent. Highly recommend

Right from the very start Ryan and Jake were friendly and approachable and were keen to understand our needs and provide advice accordingly. Nothing was too much trouble and they were happy to adapt and make changes as the need arose. They explained everything very clearly and were true to their word on timekeeping. They kept disruption to a minimum (as much as you can when gutting a bathroom) and finished ahead of schedule without any additional charges. There was clear communication throughout and messages were replied to promptly. I know my mum was thrilled with her new bathroom.

H & H completely renovated our en-suite, including re-positioning the toilet & installing a walk-in shower. The guest toilet room was also completely refurbished. Karl, Ryan & Jake were really easy to deal with. Always on time, very approachable & accommodating, clean & tidy skilled workers, with all work carried out to a high standard. Will certainly use them again when we renovate our main bathroom.

From the day l contacted them for a quote to the day the job was completed, they were friendly, courteous, provided a 'realistic' quote and were totally reliable, arrived on time, tidied up at the end of the day, and got on with the job. Their willingness to help, ie changing something if you weren't happy, didn't like for one reason or another, was commendable. A job well done, thank you so much to all of you.
