Really happy with the service received right from first phone call to job completion. I needed a gas safety certificate and the boiler service was included. I've used Hancox many times for various plumbing and heating work and have always been very pleased, on this occasion I requested a quote for a replacement boiler and radiators - the surveyor came out promptly as always and I had my quotation with a couple of days, I found their quote to be competitive so I accepted, the work was booked in within 2 weeks and the job took around 3 days to complete, the engineers were very polite and considerate as always and I was very happy with the completed job, I would not hesitate to recommended Hancox for any plumbing and heating workVerified reviewerJob location: B76
