    Oliver Hancock responded promptly to all communications, and quoted a fair price. When there was a slight hiccup with a contractor not turning up on the scheduled day he was apologetic and got someone else in the next day. A professional tidy job was done, I would use them again.

    Very unfair score !!! We asked the customer (husband) if they was having new carpet and if they wanted us to cover the floor in the area we plastered and husband said no it’s ok to not cover the floor Wife gets home and does the review
