Visited our property twice leading up to Christmas and was unable to permanently fix our central heating. Both times left us without hot water. Returned once to correct the error. Second time no response and we managed to fix it ourselves. We were left with no heating for two weeks only to be told in the New Year that we should find a new firm to carry out the work because we had supposedly not correctly identified the route cause of our issue. Accused us of non payment despite same day payment. Unbelievably poor service and has not replied to our request to finish the job they started.

Always disappointing to receive a negative review. We’ve been members of Checkatrade for over 10 years and this is only our second one, which I feel says a lot and feel very proud of.
We carried out the original work requested by the customer which we fixed and got paid for. Customer rang back with further unrelated issues. We fixed the problem but this time we didn’t get paid! Customer then rang for a third time with more unrelated issue at which stage we drew the line.
Unfortunate but felt we were being taken advantage of.
