    Water storage tank was disconected and the washing machine had to be connected to water mains.

    I phoned them at 9.00am and by 11.00am the work was finished. The plumber tested his work by doing a short wash to make sure all was good.

    Leaking isolation valve.

    Called them in the morning and the job was completed within a few hours. Always put themselves out to accommodate your requests, and constantly keep you informed if problems occur. Highly recommend.

    Fitting new boiler and Hive system.

    A problem was found with my 15 year old boiler, while trying to install a Hive system replacement for an old controller. A week later, a new boiler was installed and the Hive system was up and running. The work was neatly completed and all debris removed. I was kept fully informed of the progress of the work.

    Boiler repair & service

    This was our first time using Hampton Heating & Plumbing and they have been excellent. We booked a boiler service and also some fault finding due to a consistent pressure drop.
