A huge project undertaken by Hampton as our selected builder. We knew the whole project wouldn't go without some issues. We did encounter some issues along the way I wouldn't of expected. Once I had notified them of the issues they were resolved extremely quickly along the way and the project was finished ahead of schedule which was a huge bonus. The customer service & kitchen and bathroom team have been excellent throughout the whole process. I found that parts of the build were overpriced and we did have to outsource some work to keep within our budget. Which was a shame as it would of made

We had a two-storey extension plus kitchen and 2 bathrooms done by Hampton in 2022-23, and they were brilliant throughout. It’s a huge decision choosing a company to undertake such a big project with but the customer support and guidance from the team made us feel so at ease with everything. Their quote was also very competitive for the work involved. They were very accommodating and happy to add and subtract additional works as we came across things we wanted to change. I can honestly say Hampton would be the first people I’d call for any more work in the future.

Having worked with Hampton Group I was so impressed by their high standard of work, the attention to detail and just how lovely they were to deal with. Would absolutely recommend.

We could not be more pleased with the final result of our idea to replace a conservatory with a more robust and energy-efficient extension. The workmanship, communication, tidiness and general support were first class. Where the inevitable minor queries or issues arose, the response was impressive.

We were initially a little apprehensive to have structural alterations made to our home and looked at a lot of local building companies to carry out the work. We chose Hampton as we felt the team really understood what we were trying to achieve, the service provided meant the end to end process was completed in a smooth and stress free manner. The biggest complement was made by one of our friends who said the extension looked like it had always been there. The team were clean, tidy, efficient, and never let us down, the staff who worked on our job were conscientious and polite throughout.
