The installation of the log burner was fine, however, the delivery date was continually being pushed out. During the installation the Fire Place surround was damaged and only fixed after numerous phone calls.
I recently tried to contact them to supply the OFTEC certificate that I paid £200.00 for as part of the installation. I sent 4 emails, completed their online web form and left a couple of voicemails with NO response.
In the end, I have had to pay a further £45.00 to OFTEC for a copy of the certificate. The customer service from this company is non existent !

Installation was completed on agreed date & chipped surround was fixed FOC at a later date. This date changed as had to fit around existing bookings. Sign off was issued during installation but was lost by customer, who was replied to but didn’t respond.
