  Lintel replacement and brick repair

  Matt arrived punctually to assess the job, covered all the items I was advised by the original surveyor should be involved in the repair without prompting, was courteous and professional & immediately made himself available a few days before the house was going on the market (at my convenience) following my acceptance of the quote. The job was completed within the day as promised, all tidy and matched perfectly with the current brickwork. Many thanks Matt and very happy to recommend you based on my experience.

  Kitchen ripped out, back wall & conservatory removed and replaced with new kitchen & extension

  We noticed Matt working on a house opposite and asked if we could take a look at what he had done, it was obvious the workmanship was first class so we asked him to come take a look at what building work we had in mind. We ended up having the galley kitchen removed & replaced and the rear wall of the house leading to our conservatory removed, the conservatory was also replaced with a proper extension Excellent workmanship and good communication at all times with Matt Always cleared up after each days work The whole project took about 9 weeks to complete Would highly recommend Matt

  Shed/outbuilding built

  Matt and his team were easy to communicate with, helpful and courteous. I found Matt responsive and kept me informed all through the build. Ollie and his team who prepared the groundworks were also great, professional and tidy. The weather was against Matt and his team, and they soldiered on during one of the wettest months and a storm....This naturally lead to a slight delay in the build, but could not be avoided. I would not hesitate to ask Matt to do more work on my property.

  Walk in shower fitted

  It was a pleasure to have Matt work on my bathroom he was punctual, hard working cheerful and at the end of each day tidied up and even swept down the stairs. I have used Matt before and most certainly will again. He is certainly my go to builder and I have recommended him to several others.

  Replacing old timber door with new uPVC door on garage, and fitting new skirting board

  Matt arrived bright and early on a Saturday morning(!) to complete the work and did an excellent job. He even took the old door away which I was not expecting. Quality of work seems very good so far, Matt was very pleasant to deal with, decent communication, and left my property very clean and tidy.
