My go to builders... professional, reliable, tidy and always do a great job! After a burst bathroom pipe in a Victorian property Hammerton Builders repaired the leak and then completed remedial work to the wall tiling and other impacted walls/area. They then carried out repairs to a second leak under the kitchen sink at very short notice. Despite being extremely busy on other jobs they were able to schedule time to complete this work for me- I'm very grateful to them for this quick turn around.

My bathroom sink, bath and extractor fan, all needed some attention as the seals around the bath were perished, the metal work in the bath and sink needed replacing, and the extractor fan had stopped working and needed to be swapped-out. Neil checked all the parts, sourced them and sealed the bath and swapped out everything that needed replacing and now my bathroom looks fantastic again. The new extractor fan is the quietest fan I have ever heard in operation! While Neil had his sealant gun out, I asked him to seal my kitchen splashback; which he did a great job with to Thank you Paul and Neil

Hammerton Builders are super popular locally for good reason - they take pride in their work. I've had various jobs on over the past few months - replacing a bay window roof / repointing the exterior brickwork / diverting plumbing and electrics - and every trade has been experienced with no cutting corners. Attention to detail is also really good. They don't just go for the easiest option, they point out the snags ahead of time (without it being a drama) so that solutions can be found. I rate their advice and it's definitely delivered a better project.

Paul came around to look at the issues promptly, gave excellent advice and organised a convenient time for us for Neil (plumber in the team) to repair the items. He also did a temporary fix on the radiators to keep us warm as they were clogged up. Neil carried out work efficiently and ensuring all repairs were carried out perfectly to our satisfaction. Paul and team are always reliable, professional and cheerful for the past 10 years we have been working with them.

Paul Hammerton sent Dan, the electrician, to install additional electrical sockets into my built in shelving units and to rehang a replacement TV (the new TV had different dimensions so had to be re-cited to cover the electrical sockets and accommodate the soundbar. Dan did an excellent job, with very neat external trunking. A socket was installed that was faulty and Dan tested and replaced before finishing off the job. Excellent service. Fully recommend Paul and his great team of professionals.
