Milo was super responsive and informative, taking a huge amount of stress out of the situation. He was on time and good at explaining what he was going to do. Took care around the kitchen and tidied up after himself. The sink was promptly reattached and the work looks pretty good. Very polite and courteous the whole way through.

I had a small downstairs toliet that needs the toilet and basin replacing. Milo understood well what the best solution was and helped support buying the right equipment. The new basin /Toliet were then fitted well and job completed promptly. He also took all the old items away and cleared up properley.

We have used Hammersmith for plumbing for a long time, but learned that they do kitchen installation when we moved to our new house. They fitted our new Howdens kitchen and we could not be happier. They were ultra efficient, clean and really took the time to find solutions for adapting some units to how we needed them to work. We previously had a kitchen supplied and fitted by another company in our old house, even though it was more expensive than the Howdens one Hammersmith installed, it never felt as premium. It really is true what they say about the fitting making the most difference!
