We can't recommend Hamilton's glass highly enough. All our communications were promptly and helpfully dealt with, by phone and email. They provided advice about our request - a glass cover for a porthole in order to improve insulation - and carried our our instructions, measurements etc perfectly accurately. The glass was ready within a few days and as we don't have a car, they were happy to deliver. When an issue emerged with the choice of glass, they were happy to replace, no quibbling. We will definitely use them again.

I had a broken internal velux window, these guys were brilliant! They viewed the job after finishing with a neighbour, a week later they were in and the job was done! Professional throughout, polite and left no mess for me to deal with. Real value for £ Thank you Hamilton.

I needed someone who could quickly help with a broken latch on my mother-in-law‘s kitchen door. Being 95 years old, I was concerned that as this was an exit she would not be able to get out without having to go through two other doors to her garden. Hamilton’s quickly replied and said they would send someone to check it out and see what they could do. Unfortunately, the barrel inside the door latch was completely broken as it was very old and will need replacing by a locksmith. But very grateful for Hamilton’s to go out and see if they could assist. There was no charge.

Dealt with a really nice chap who stopped what he was doing and cut the glass while I waited! 10/10 service.

After speaking with a couple of other providers who said the wait to have a new made to measure glass table top replacement would take 10 working days, I called up Hamilton on a Weds who were very friendly and confirmed that theyb could do it by the Friday, just two days later. I was unsure of the actual dimensions so brought in the coffee table and they did everything! Would def recommend and use again should the need arise!
