  Two roofing jobs have been successfully completed at my property recently, the second as part of a complete garage rebuild. The quality of work has been excellent, with both jobs using all new materials and including a five year warranty. On both jobs the costs increased significantly after work started, so I would advise that the full scope be confirmed before starting, along with an agreed payment schedule to avoid any potential issues. I'd be happy to use Hamilton again if required.
