Very professional tidy job by tom and mike

My 84yo mum lives by herself and she suffered a recent fall which resulted in her being unable to get up or down the stairs. I contacted Halton stairlifts on Thursday evening who arranged for a surveyor (Mark) to visit the house Friday am. Mark arrived at the stated time and explained the various options to us and gave a competitive quote for our consideration. I contacted other providers but they couldn't provide the same equipment or were more expensive, and so I placed an order Friday pm. Anthony (the installer) came & fitted it the next morning. TRULY EXCELLENT SERVICE ALL ROUND! 10/10!!

The company offered a professional service carried out courteously and offered a phone line answered by a 'real' person. The service was exactly what we needed and was carried out in a timely manner. I would be happy to recommend Halton Stairlifts.

My wife was dischared from hospital with limeted mobility.We were desperate to have a stair lift fitted.We contacted haltons who sent a great guy called geof round to do the survey.Upon explaining the situation he managed to get one of there young engineers to come and do the fitting the very next morning which was a saturday.He did a great job in an hour and a half.He hardly made any noise and left no mess.The price was great as well.All in all a great experience
