Jim was courteous and attentive and carried out all his scope in a measured and most importantly, a safe way. He worked very hard at moss removal and was quite particular to try and capture as much of the falling debris as possible and hover up the remainder. Work site tidied each evening. Very satisfied with Jim’s work.
