Matt from the get go was excellent in his prompt responses and clear communications. Very friendly and polite team, that have done excellent work for us in replacing our old oil boiler with a new one, and then refurbishing and flushing out the underfloor heating system. We could not be happier with the workmanship and the obvious professional credentials of Matt. Would wholeheartedly recommend Matt and his team to anyone.

Matt arrived promptly and replaced the pump that was faulty and was very efficient and tidy and kept us informed throughout the repair of parts and prices and his labour charge, which was good value all round and would highly recommend his services without hesitation.

Matt came out for an emergency repair which he sorted quickly. The boiler was old and need d replacing as the house had been extended. Matt recommended waiting for warmer weather and came back in April and quoted the job with options on sizes etc. the quote was all done in a few days and we were booked in. We were actually away on holiday for the install by Matt got it all done in 2 days with new boiler, new storage tank and a full set of new pumps, complete with a full system flush. A great service and always on hand to answer questions. Would highly recommend Halo heating and Matt.

Absolutely fantastic experience! I reached out via the Checkatrade website about a faulty boiler and was amazed by the prompt response from a Halo representative. They were even available to come the same day—such impressive availability! Although that was a bit too soon for me, they kindly offered an alternative appointment and arrived exactly on time. The boiler was fixed quickly and efficiently, with no hassle at all. I really appreciated their professionalism and helpfulness throughout the entire process. Would 100% recommend Halo to anyone in need of reliable and speedy service!

Matt and Dom are tremendous. This is the second time they have done work for us and both times they arrived when they said they would, did a great job and completed their work in a timely fashion. They clean up after themselves very well and communicate everything clearly in understandable terms. The quotation was equal to the invoice too so all in all, a great job, reasonably priced and a pleasure to work with.
