Great job from Matt and his team. They replaced our old boiler, took out the scrap, set up a smart thermostat etc, very happy with the work done.

I use Halo Heating to service my oil fired boiler every year and I’m always pleased with the attention to detail that Mat provides. This year was exceptional. The oil filter became blocked and Mat attended very quickly. The filter, tank and pipes needed to be cleaned and Mat arranged everything. Couldn’t ask for more.

Matt responded quickly to a request for a second opinion about a pressure loss issue, following some work by another company that didn't resolve the issue. He did a thorough assessment and recommended a new boiler - one of two options alongside a tracer gas test (which he explained the pros and cons of). I felt more comfortable with Matt than the other company, and agreed to the boiler replacement, which he did quickly, efficiently and with no mess. The issue has now been resolved, and I feel that I've found somebody reliable that I will call on again for servicing and other issues.

The whole team were professional, helpful and friendly. They completed a boiler service and then returned to complete further work ,including fitting a new radiator. Went the extra mile and fixed a tap for me , which was really appreciated. Will definitely use again

We have used Matt, for all our Boiler repairs and servicing for several years now. Matt, is highly knowledgeable of our Worcester Bosch Oil fired boiler, when we had really struggled to find expertise with oil fired central heating systems previously. Matt is always, extremely tidy in his work and provides excellent communication throughout the repair, servicing process. We also appreciate Matt will highlight potential future issues, but will also explain if we need to address these immediately or in the future.
