Contacted Hall Electrical and Renewables Ltd to find out what was wrong with my mums solar panels. Other companies were charging me a call out fee/service fee to see what the problem was but with the help of Jack telling me what to look for he could see what the issue was with photos. Excellent advice from Jack on things I could check to identify the problem with my solar meter and Inverter. He asked for pictures of the equipment and error messages and advised what to do which cleared the problem without having to pay for a call out. Ryan and Jack were a breath of fresh air. Having had an entire house renovation and all that cones with it - mess/chaos/disasters - these guys came in and completed their work on schedule, highly professionally and answered all questions asked by my unknowing self. We were looking to get solar panels fitted, of all the contractors we contacted Ryan and his team at Hall Electrical were very responsive and informative of our best options. They gave us a timely quote and realistic timeframe they could carry out the work.
