Worst business ever. Wasted my day and time

The asked me to come out and take a look. I waited for them they came out took measurements and all good. I got a quote. I accepted a quote and they told me they will come next day. All of a sudden they called said they can’t do the job and don’t have any time now. What a waste of time.

The team at Hale Electrics provide a quality and professional service start to finish. Initial call out was efficIently managed, great customer service. Initial estimate made costs clear up front and gave clear general terms - no surprises! Electricians are knowledgeable, courteous and treat your home respectfully. This latest visit was as a result of loosing power supply in the kitchen and the team went the extra mile to get someone out same day which was very much appreciated. I’d have no hesitation recommending Hale.

Hale Electrics was created because I wanted to offer a high quality service to customers, a service I felt was missing in the industry. I wanted to take electrical services to the next level, our engineers are highly skilled, professional, polite, tidy and reliable, they also wear our distinct uniform. We use dust sheets and over-shoes in every customer’s house, arrive in a clean respectable van and have all the latest tools to do the work. Our ethos is to work in every house as if it were our own.

Our main objective throughout all our work is customer satisfaction. This is achieved through our own determination to complete jobs efficiently and to a very high standard. Our customers are paramount to our business and in return they can expect a high quality service time after time.
