I had a leak which went through the kitchen ceiling. The first time they inspected the property, they got the oven working. After the ceiling came down, they replaced the ceiling lights, smoke alarm, pull cord for the lights as well as fitted a new hob. They also helped change a light bulb which was in an awkward place which I couldn't reach. After the job was done, I realised the cooker hood wasn't working and over the phone they explained that I needed to find the isolator switch, which I did, so I didn't incur extra charges for an additional call out. Highly recommend!
