  Solved our water pressure problem and unblocked sink

  Helpful, quick and responsive over message - and came round to investigate quickly. We had initially thought we needed bigger / more expensive work done but he explained that there was an easier fix - appreciate the honesty! Sink unblocked quickly even though we hadn’t requested this in advance. Cheers.

  Leak behind the shower

  Vinny contacted me quite promptly and was able to visit when convenient. He diagnosed the issue from looking at a video taken of the leak and solved the issue without a new unit having to be fitted.
