  Not a bad job finding the leak - a shame the communication that followed, though.

  Jermaine was very personable and professional on the day he attended. He did a good job at finding where the leak was coming from, however communication then truly lapsed and I was left hanging, waiting to see whether he could do anything about it - which he eventually said he couldn't. Disappointing, really.
