Dan and his team installed a new bathroom suite for my daughter. Dan arrived promptly to measure up and quote for bathroom. Work was carried out on date expected and John and team did an excellent job. Dan also carried out a plumbing job for my Dad. He arrived promptly and fixed the problem efficiently and quickly. Excellent service from Dan and his lads, Dan came out when requesting a quote, he was polite and took as much detail as possible before providing a very competitive quote for a new boiler and radiators, which we accepted. Work was then booked, and Dan and his team arrived on time on the days booked. Work was carried out to a very high standard and left clean and tidy afterwards. Although I was very happy and delighted with the work carried out by the trades who did the work. Unfortunately, I have had to lower the overall score because of the owner. When I called him to advised that the toilet was leaking, he told me he would send someone to refix it but I would have to pay for this.

After using H2P many times I had no issue referring my Dad who has recently had a brand-new boiler fitted by H2P Heating and Plumbing Solutions, and he be happier with the service. From the moment I gave the go-ahead, the team was incredibly professional, efficient, and quick to get the job done. The turnaround time was impressive, and they worked with great attention to detail. Not only did they install the boiler flawlessly for my Dad, but they also made sure to clean up after themselves, leaving everything spotless. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in their work

Saved me a £100 callout fee. Dan was superb. When I explained my issue to him, he requested pictures of my boiler & was able to advise me on how to fix the issue purely via WhatsApp. Didn't cost me a penny & ended up being a 5 minute task. As he's so genuine, he's now going to be the person I continue to use for all similar issues & when my boiler needs servicing, he will be who I call.

Boiler packed up week before Christmas. Was recommended H2P by numerous people. Was given a range of different boilers and prices on the Monday. Researched them, picked one and they ordered it. On the Tuesday they arrived with the new boiler and fitted it the same day. Working a bit later than the normal working day until they were sure everything was working perfectly. Danny and his team were polite, hard working, clean and tidy. The old boiler and packaging for the new one were removed. From despairing about a freezing Christmas to a toasty warm house in 36 hours. Highly recommend
