Andy was very professional and polite, he came to look at the problem and he recommended a quality replacement with a 10 year gaurantee and he fitted a new shower unit at a very reasonable price the next day. I would highly recommend him to anyone. We've just moved to the area and Andy will be our go to man for all our plumbing needs in the future.
