Andrew is a professional who goes out of his way to help. We have used his firm for many years in installing a gas boiler, servicing, maintenance and repairs of bathrooms, kitchen plumbing, WC repairs and of course central hearing. He has just carried out a Landlords gas check and updated some out of spec pipe work. All done very calmly and without drama. Andrew replied to my initial Checkatrade enquiry whilst he was holiday and duly followed up this enquiry the day he was back in work action which gave me a very high level of confidence that this engineer meant business. It wasn’t a big job but Andrew suggested a great solution to my problem and gave no me a a very competitive quote for the job.
