  Bathroom, toilet and kitchen plumbing

  We were impressed with Andy's knowledge and efficiency. He installed our shower, toilet, sink and vanity very quickly and fixed an issue with waste in our downstairs toilet caused by another plumber. He was very personable too! Since then we had a couple of issues, such as leaks in the shower (which he came to fix the next day), slightly wonky shower holder and kitchen waste pipe which clashed with the dishwasher. We were disappointed to receive a bill for the latter as the plans were discussed with Andy before he fit the pipe. When we tried to dispute this he stopped responding.

  As always Andy can be relied on to carryout any work with friendly and knowledgeable professionalism. He went out of his way to help with a recent problem we had with our heating for which we are very grateful. Thank goodness we can rely on him when we need a plumber

  High standard of work at a reasonable cost

  I decided to use H2O for the work I required after Andy came up with a great idea on how to run the pipework. The work was completed to a very high standard and took about a day. Andy and his team were friendly, professional and cleared any mess created. I will definitely use H2O for further work I have planned.

  Andy was great right from the day he came round for the estimate he was always in contact and even with a delay was happy to do the work. On the day turned up on time and work was carried out to a high standard cleaned up afterwards and explained everything he has done I would highly recommend Andy and I will use him again
