  Giles fixed our boiler and the job was done well and Giles was really lovely. A few weeks later he checked in to ensure it was functioning as it should. I would highly recommend his services.

  New boiler installation, DIY advice about various issues at home

  I would highly recommend Giles ,my wife and I haven't met such a good and reliable specialist for a long time. Giles installed a new boiler for us - we are lucky that we came across Giles who took into account the fact that we have a two-year-old daughter, so he started our installation as a priority. During the installation of the boiler our door lock broke and so did the tap in the kitchen - Giles, thanks to his DIY skills, kindly offered his help. On top of that Giles is a very pleasant and polite person to be around. We felt very comfortable around him whilst he was working in our house.

  Giles was extremely polite with all communications. He was prompt, identified himself at my property with ID and was courteous and professional. He did a wonderful job and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone else. If you want a job done well and correctly then Giles is your man!

  Installation of a Nest Thermostat

  Giles was brilliant. When he arrived we discussed the job in a bit more detail. The job should have taken about 35 mins but due to a previous workmanship from another company, it took much longer. Giles had to sort out the wiring in the boiler as well as sorting out the Nest Installation. We came up with a snag but he came up with a solution. All in all I was very satisfied with his workmanship. He was very polite and we pretty much chatted throughout his time in my home. I would highly recommend him. He takes a lot of pride in his work and I will definitely be using him for future jobs.
