Their quality of craftsmanship is fair. However, the customer service could be improved. I ask them to install tiles on bathroom walls and replace the old extractor fan to a new and strong one. They last minute changed the date x3 times, very last minute!!!! Also, we agreed to replace the extractor fan, and finally they didn't work on it, with a silly reason. The reason is that they had not done that size of extractor fan before. I doubt why they have a rating of 10

Cannot recommend enough. From getting a quote through to the bathroom being finished everything was completed to a truly exceptional standard. Their communication before and during the job was fantastic, they were friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. The work was completed very quickly, cleaned up so that there was no trace they had been there and I would not hesitate to use them again. 10/10 job!

I can highly recommend this company for any bathroom conversion. The work was done to very high standards when making my bathroom into a lovely shower room. We have used Greg three times to fit a family bathroom, shower room and an ensuite. He offers a complete fitting service from start to finish. Each time we are over the moon with the finished room.
