  7 new radiator fitting.

  New plumbing for washing machine

  Graham turned up when he said he would, and carried out the work to a high standard. He did the plumbing in a new location for my washing machine and also cut back some pipework in a new fireplace. He was very helpful too in moving the washing machine which I didn't expect so that was lovely. Would definitely use Graham again.

  Replacing shower in en-suite and basin taps in bathroom.

  The ensuite shower floor became saturated from leaks within the shower. Another plumber found 11 serious defects eg splashboards cut too short & trim used to hide gap /tray unstable /paper towelling stuffed behind splashboards to level up. Waters has been provided with all details and supporting photographs but he has refused to refund his labour charges or for pay for new boards (other parts were reused). He also caused 2 further major leaks (eg split pipe in bathroom when replacing taps) resulting in substantial damage to my newly redecorated home. Therefore, I did not want him to return.

  New kitchen sink and tap

  Things didn’t run smoothly ( with a cracked first sink) But graham made good and didn’t leave us without a functional sink Kept us informed and returned as soon as new sink arrived Great job. The second job he’s done for us. Would recommend

  Fitting a new overhanging tap and other work

  Graham came to view the problem that we were have with our old overhanging tap and issues with anothe set of taps. He carefully looked into the parts we needed, provided us with a quote that was accepted and then fitted the new taps in good time. His workmanship and knowledge was excellent. Thank you Graham
