Very satisfied with the quality of work on a recent fencing job. A quick response to my initial enquiry via personal site visit. A clear Quotation provided. Subsequently kept well informed by eMail and phone updates as to progress. The site was left clean and tidy. We initially contacted Geoff through Checkatrade based on his good reviews. He was prompt to respond to my initial enquiry and communication continued in that way throughout the project. We needed a new patio to be laid after the completion of building works and Geoff listened to our needs and made some helpful suggestions. We made some alterations to the initial scope of work just before work commenced and Geoff was understanding and flexible in accomodation those changes. Great experience overall. The paving was completed quickly and to a high standard, and the site was left clean and tidy. The team was communicative throughout and the price felt fair for the work done. We had a small oversight with the gate placement and a car charger cable having to go through it, but they were helpful and open to working with us on a practical workaround.
