  Converting garage into office space

  GWM converted our old, dilapidated garage into a nice, usable, working space that I will be using as my home office from now on. This was a big job, as it involved removing an old roof and installing a new one with a skylight, cutting through the back of the garage to install French doors and connecting to electricity, as well as decorating everything on the inside and out. I am very happy with the result. George provided great communication the whole way through, and all the men who came over were friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use GWM again in the future.

  Gwm Construction have done a great job, George Gerry and Grant have completed the work on time as agreed. the builders Gerry and Grant have a lot of experience, friendly polite and considerate, really pleased with the work they have done.

  Demolition and Steel Beams Installed

  You couldn’t find a better team of builders than this. George, Gerry and Grant were experienced professional, did an amazing job and a joy to have in our home. They conducted demolition and structural works to reconfigure our floor plan and installed steel beams. When the roofers we had tried to fleece us with dangerous, sub par work (a skylight falling in) they stepped up to not only help make the area safe and secure of glass and debris, but redid the job in a competent manner in accordance with building regs that will last for a lifetime.
