  I contacted José during the heatwave and he was a man of his word and showed up when he said he would show up and came to assess the space before sending me a detailed quote, which was very competitive. José answered all my questions, is polite and tidy, one of the best trade experience I have had ( and I have gone through 3 rennos). He arrived when he said he would and powered through the installation even with the rain, poor guy. He was so neat and tidy and had the patience to explain everything to me and worked with my electrician directly. Thank you so much, my loft is now cool 😎

  air conditioner repair/replacement

  Great service. contacted Jose after our personal air con of 5 years stopped working. He visited asap and during the investigation it appeared that a circuit short circuit. he suggested two options. one replace the motherboard or replace the whole system. we decided to replace the whole system. he managed to supply the same unit type and was able to install within a week. while installing he noticed that the previous pipe was too short and extended the pipe to make the system work better. I will be using them again for all services going forward.

  José and his helper were very efficient, competitive with prices, and professional. The job was completed on time and with no hitches whatsoever. They were also pleasant people to have in the home, and very respectful. The result is exactly what I hoped for. Highly recommend.

  Fantastic experience. So happy with the air conditioning. Jose was professional, polite and did an excellent job installing 3 separate air conditioning units in our complicated house. Communication was excellent and everything was clean and tidy when they left. Can’t recommend Guzman enough.
