10 Reprogramme a room-stat where our previous efforts had failed !!

Jose was more than helpful having first tried to talk me through the reprogramming by phone [which did not work as the room-stat was not responding properly] - all at no cost ! When called to come over and fix on-site the Company dealt with our requirements speedily and at a reasonable cost. Jose fitted an aircon unit for us. We knew which one we had in mind and he found it at a great price for us, came and installed it and recommended its exact placement for the room and showed me how it worked before leaving.
