Pierre and Rodney undertook a thorough work of investigation to identify the causes of the water ingress that was coming from our balcony and leaking into our bathroom. They subsequently carried out a series of repairs which proved to be successful as the leak hasn't come back since despite several episodes of heavy rain. We were pleased with the efforts put into creating a quality relationship and keeping us informed of the situation.

We contacted Pierre who came over to have a look, we discussed the job, he promised he will get back to us and completely ghosted us. No response, no indication they could do the job, no quote. Stay away.

We got them to come to review why our water meter was out of control. The team was very good and used many different tools to find where the leak was and even had to lift the kitchen floor up to find the crack pipe under the floor. They then fixed it and tested our coke water mains again. Great team.

Guy Building Services Ltd recently did some work on our house, primarily to restore some patio doors, and also to replace some of the tile hangings which had broken. Pierre came personally at the start of the work and introduced us to his man, Danny, who was brilliant. As well as the main jobs, Danny also took care of a number of smaller jobs such as fixing a gate which had become wonky, drilling a hole through a 1 ft stone wall to relocate a telephone and repairing and recementing some coping stones on some small garden walls. All work was completed on time and to a high standard.

We had a door opening expanded in a solid wall and custom door lining fitted with a new door hung, great experience from start to finish, good quality of work, both the builder and carpenter were friendly and professional, turned up on time, were quick to complete the work and to a high standard and answered any questions we had.

Pierre's team did an excellent job. Danny and Angus were very punctual, kept the place cleaner than it normally is and made sure they made as little dust and mess as possible. All the work is to a very good standard and despite us coming across numerous obstacles these were all overcome to our satisfaction.
