Guy Buildings Services carried out renovations to Shaftesbury Hall and it now looks incredibly smart. The back wall was rebuilt and sealed to address damp issues, and new toilet stalls were installed. The walls have been part-tiled to give them a clean and fresh look, and new toilets, basins, and lights have been added. In the kitchen, the old kitchen, boiler, and window were all removed. New kitchen units, appliances, and a new combi-boiler were installed, along with new flooring and tiling. We’re delighted with the work and Pierre and his team were a pleasure to deal with.

Pierre provided a thorough professional assessment and quotation from the outset, keeping us fully informed. Kris then carried out the ceiling and tile repairs, plus leak fixing, to an excellent standard, with meticulous attention to detail and left everything spotless. Stress free and professional job. Guy Building services were really speedy in coming arranging a plumber to fix a burst water main connector and then assessing the damage to the garden paving. A quote for the work was sent the same day as it was assessed and the repairs were made within a matter of days, very tidy and amenable team . We have a very large garden with York Stone slabs around the outskirts of the garden. A few years ago we hired a landscape builder come in the re-point and fix loose slabs. This was done very badly and we needed to find somebody else to come in and redo this work. Kris from Guy Building has done a wonderful job. Everything blends in nicely as he took his time to ensure the mix was of the correct colour and consistency. Kris has transformed the garden. It is nice to have found a company that has so many skills and can put their hand to anything inside or outside the house and garden
