Having used Richard before I was more than happy to have him back again. My 7 for reliability and communication was only because we seemed to have a diary malfunction! Richard has been 3 or 4 times to us now and is quick, tidy and does what he says. What's not to like?

Recommended by a neighbour - good comms, arrived on time, did the job, showed before and after pics, left no mess. A thoroughly positive experience.
