    Excellent service. Received an immediate response to my enquiry and was able to confirm an appointment the same day. Good communication throughout with a time booked to suit me and an update on the arrival time. On the day James did a great job, showed us images of before and after and explained what had caused the problem and what to expect in the future

    Friendly and effective service.

    Work was done quickly and cleanly, with proof of gutter state being provided immediately after cleaning (no before cleaning pictures were required as gutter state was obvious from ground level but they were offered before cleaning began). When initial booking could not be performed due to freezing temperature freezing the gutter, an apology was given and a re-booking to a future convenient date with expected better temperatures was offered immediately. Would gladly book again next time work is required.

    A job well done

    As with last year's visit, excellent in every way. James arrived on time (actually, slightly early, but a helpful text warned me of this) and quickly got on with taking photos of the guttering so I could see "before and after". I said I didn't want to see them as I knew there were plenty of leaves etc awaiting his attention, so he got on with clearing them. I then saw the before and after photos, and my gutters were no longer full of moss, leaves and the occasional growing plant. Unlike before he started! Lastly, James is a nice guy and easy to deal with, which also helps.
