Kevin was very efficient and thorough and communicated well prior to and during the job. He had good tools for the job with the ability to attach a camera to see into the gutter. Would recommend.

The only thing that was good was that Kevin was on time. Communication was poor, took too long to respond. Got a quote for the conservatory roof and responded that we wanted it done. When Kevin arrived he said that he didn’t know about roof clean so didn’t do it. The website says ‘ask about conservatory roof clean when the person arrives’ Why? He left two bags of gutter waste in our household refuse bin which the council will not take away. We now have a trip to the local waste recycle depot. He should have spoken to us about where the waste was going. Good companies take the waste.
