Kevin responded quickly to our query, he explained the process of clearing the gutters and we scheduled a time. He was friendly, helpful and thorough. The gutters hadn't been cleared for ages so we are now so pleased to have had the job done so well. A particular point which we appreciated was that he phoned in response to our initial query, whereas other companies we found just want you to complete an online quote and booking which is very impersonal. It was nice to be able to ask questions about the process beforehand. We would definitely recommend Gutter Pro.
