Martin at Gutter Pro always cleared our gutters, however on this occasion I needed the gutters and soffits cleaned and washed. It was as always, efficient with excellent results. We were contacted immediately with an estimate when I made initial enquiry. Offered a date in near future. Email to confirm details. Further reminder email of date and time . Phone call 2 hours before appointment advising of arrival time, plus follow up phone message 1/2 hours beforehand. Arrived promptly. 2 people , one clearing gutters , one cleaning soffets. Worked independently and efficiently. Very little disruption . Cleared debris properly using machines. No excess water spillage . Workers were helpful and friendly. So, how do we do it?
Safe and Sound we do it from the ground.
No mess, no fuss, and no ladders. We clear gutters from the ground, using our powerful vacuum system that safely clears everything away that can cause problems in your gutters. Long-reach, light-weight carbon fibre poles allow us to reach over conservatories, extensions and up to four stories high. We have a remote camera system, so we can share with you the before and after photographs for your peace of mind
As well as clearing your gutters, you can also choose to have the outside of your gutters, fascias, soffits and downpipes cleaned with our long-reach, water-fed wash pole system. If you own a conservatory, we can also clean your conservatory roof.
Our FIXED PRICE quote system makes booking simple and if our initial camera survey shows that your gutters are clear, then there is NO CALL OUT CHARGE.
On the day, you’ll get a text reminder that we’re coming to clear your gutters, and when we are on our way, you’ll get a link to track us as we drive to your home. When I arrive, I’ll introduce myself and carry out a safety survey and a camera survey to get the ‘before’ pictures. I will complete the clear, and then do a final survey to get the ‘after’ pictures. At the end of the job, you’ll see exactly what I have taken from your gutters, and how clear they are.
You can pay by cash, cheque, bank transfer or card, and your invoice will be emailed to you.
