Excellent service from start to finish

The service which was provided by GHI was excellent from start to finish. Phil the sales rep came, measured and quoted me the price. Josh the surveyor came and checked measurements before placing order. Tony came and fitted the windows and done an excellent job fitting the 6 windows. I have placed another order for the last 4 windows and I am sure again they will give an excellent service.

Terrible supplier!

After buying £15.000 sliding doors GHI managed to installed them wrongly, damaged them while turning them around and mistreated us through the entire process; they took zero responsibility for the mistakes they made, took month correct cosmetic aspects and had the nerve to only waive the last payment that was corresponding to less than 5%

GHI is to commended for providing an excellent service from the beginning to the end. Popped in to the nearby showroom to see what was available & left having ordered the door. She spent a lot of time taking me through all possibilities & I was impressed by her knowledge of what would be best. The surveyor was also excellent & explained exactly what to expect. The fitters Peter & his colleague were polite, friendly & made clear what they were doing. They then spent time ensuring that I could lock & unlock the door easily. Left the place spotless. A thoroughly professional installation

Brilliant, helpful and caring service from initial enquiries with staff on the phone, email, and then viewing the products at their nearby showroom. The surveyor was very precise and the installation team were very quick, professional and did a first rate job in removing and disposing of our old window and installing the new bifolds. Pricing was excellent being about 1/2 the price of another company that quoted me. I was so very happy to receive a nice discount from GHI by the manager.

GHI were faultless in their communication from start to finish. We are absolutely delighted with our new front door - our house is also smiling!!😊 The fitters - Tony & Billy - were a great team & did an excellent job. They went above & beyond with the remedial finishing & tidying up. Thank You! We would have no hesitation in recommending GHI.
