The door could not be unlocked using the key. Owen drilled out the old lock, secured the door and returned the following day with the new lock which he fitted. He also rehung the door as it was catching on the frame. Sounds simple but this was a UPVC door so top and bottom bolts had to be taken out and replaced. I found Owen to be very competent, friendly and a pleasure to have working for me. Would recommend without hesitation.

Owen came to the rescue when a parent from the nursery I work at locked their toddler and keys inside the car. Owen was so quick and efficient and we are all so grateful for his service. After taking his business card, we will definitely use him again, however hopefully won’t need to!!

My lock wasn’t working properly, everytime I locked the door it took us 5 minutes to be able to unlock. Owen came and checked and unfortunately was the whole system. He was amazing spend a good time here no charge. After came for dimensions and ordered and fitted the part exactly on date he said he would come. Very nice, honest and reliable person. Highly recommend
