Owen arrived at the agreed time and carried out the work in a professional manner, he was very quick in answering all my questions, great price, would recommend and use again.

The door could not be unlocked using the key. Owen drilled out the old lock, secured the door and returned the following day with the new lock which he fitted. He also rehung the door as it was catching on the frame. Sounds simple but this was a UPVC door so top and bottom bolts had to be taken out and replaced. I found Owen to be very competent, friendly and a pleasure to have working for me. Would recommend without hesitation.
