I have used Andy and Martin’s Guildford & Godalming Construction Ltd. for repeat work at my own property, and also at my elderly father’s home. I have consistently found them honest, trustworthy. The quality of their work, work ethic and professionalism is second to none. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them for any building projects you may have.

I recently had my front wall rebuilt by Andy and Martin, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, their workmanship was excellent, especially their attention to detail with the brickwork, which was completed to a very high standard. They were professional, reliable, and clearly took pride in their work. What really stood out was how clean and tidy they kept everything throughout the job. Once the work was finished, they went the extra mile by jet washing the front drive and making sure everything was spotless. They left my property immaculate with a wall thats beaut

If you are looking for competent , reliable and experienced builders, look no further. From start to finish, I was reassured, given daily updates on the work’s progress, was left with a clean and tidy house each day. They were able to suggest a new angle on the installation of the steels which had not been mentioned before, by any other prospective building companies, leaving clean, smooth lines. I am delighted with the work they did. They were friendly, professional and worked alongside other trades and in conjunction with the structural engineer. They come highly recommended from me.

I recently hired Guildford & Godalming Construction to build a double-story extension at my home, and they were fantastic. They dug the footings with precision, kept the site clean and tidy, and were always courteous. They expertly installed very large steel beams, showing real skill and attention to detail. Professional, reliable, and thorough — they really are the total package. I couldn’t recommend them more!
