They were friendly, reliable and professional throughout - patiently dealing with changing requests through the design process and explained everything clearly as the job progressed. The work was undertaken to a very good standard, in time and on budget and has resulted in a finished product which exceeds expectations. Great job Luke and the team!

Our family bathroom was in desperate need of updating and we couldn't be happier with the end result. Luke gave us fantastic support on everything, from design to budget regulation, and brought in other highly skilled, experienced and professional tradespeople to make sure the job was finished to a high spec. It was completed on time, with little upheaval to our home and communication was brilliant throughout. Highly recommend.

Luke and his team started and completed the work as agreed with good communication and with work to a high standard. Would definately recommend if you are looking to replace your bathroom or ensuite. Overall very satisfied.

Luke and his team were perfect. We had a rather leaky shower and they have fixed it up perfectly. You wouldn’t even know that a repair job had been done to a shower that was already 6 years old! Luke listened well to our issue and suggested fixes, before bringing his team in at very short notice to take the shower out, make the area good again, and refit the shower like it had never been gone in the first place! Astounding work. Thank you so much to Luke and Simon for a very speedy fix to our issue. Highly recommended!

Luke is the most patient person I have ever met. I will admit that, when I am spending a lot for something that I need to last for many years to come, I am picky. Luke not only addressed every request that I had, but also gave great advice on design / placement etc. He checked in with me at crucial points with relevant questions and to see that I was happy. His team (trainee plumber, plasterer, tiler, electrician) were also lovely. He might not be the cheapest here but you are paying for quality of finish and the service you will get. I will continue to call on Luke for any plumbing refurbs.
