I asked for the work to be done in the same week it was booked (a tight timeline), and James worked to make that happen. He was polite, clean and tidy, efficient and clear in his explanations. Most importantly, both of my dogs thought he was great. I suspect the feeling was mutual. Would recommend.

Responsive and very personable - definitively recommend

James installed a new shower, including replacing some tiling, grout and silicon around the old shower tray. Whilst discussing the work, he was clear and prompt with his communication. He arrived on time, showed great attention to detail, and completed the work to a very high standard. He has a really positive attitude and is a pleasure to deal with. We are very pleased with the work he carried out for us, and I have already arranged to get additional work done by him. He will be our go to plumber for any future work, and I highly recommend him to others.
