  Had a roof leak, resulting in water coming thru internal walls across the front at different points. I explained the job to this contractor and showed the pics and videos taken already from outside and inside the loft as well to keep the comms and job clear as much as I could so there are no surprises for him and he's aware of the job. I also offered him to put a ladder up and go into the loft to see himself before quoting which he ignored and quoted me huge amount for the job. He explained me what he'll do. We agreed to the job and price but repaired differently, resulted in not fixing the issue.

  This guy is bad news done the job wouldn’t pay me the full amount knocked off £400 pounds made no profit got a small leak which I’m going back to fix all rest of leaks sorted to all other contractors do not work for this guy doesn’t pay horrible person

  Came over to inspect the damage and fixed the problem on the day for £270 after another quote of £4,800 to change felt and batons which Guardian Roofing said it’s all in good condition! Honest company who’s done a great job what urgently needed doing, thank you!

  Guardian Roofing Contractors Ltd don't mess about. Their people are courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. They quoted for the work (2 slipped tiles, 1 broken tile, leak in gutter and gutter cleaning) and were able to carry it out in a few hours the following day. The figure they quoted seemed reasonable and they turned up precisely on time to do the job. This was written on the day the job was completed, so it hasn't rained since they finished, but the work looks fine.

  Would definitely recommend Phil and his team - friendly and easy to work with, provided a reasonable quote with a 2 year guarantee, was able to fit in the work at short notice, provided photos of the work done, and left the place looking tidy!

  Refixed slipped slates and pointed up some ridge tiles after storm damage

  Phil fitted in around me as a night worker and made the slates safe after recent storms. He also repointed some ridges where the mortar had dislodged.
