  Replace existing burglar alarm system

  Responsive to communications, came when they said they would and also checked ahead to make sure appointment was still OK. Pleasant and friendly people and did the work within the timescale they said. Careful to stow tools and equipment safely and cleanly, and removed existing equipment and added new without leaving a mess (some dust is inevitable of course, but it was minimal). Explained system, etc., clearly and, as far as I can tell, did an excellent job.

  Replace 35 year old alarm system with state of the art system

  I had new electric garage doors installed which required Guardall to disconnect existing system. The owner of Guardall informed me that our system was not fit for purpose. He reviewed our needs with me and provided a quote to replace the system. With one or two enhancements we agreed the spec and price. This was a very easy transparent process. The installation was carried out efficiently and without any mess or disruption. The installer very patiently demonstrated the new system to my wife and I and made sure we were confident in it's use. I would highly recommend Guardall.

  Maintaining my alarm system

  Guardall installed my burglar alarm two years ago and have just completed the second annual service of the system. I am really happy with the quality of their work. The service engineer arrived on time, was professional and courteous and carried out a thorough inspection of the system. I have every confidence that I can rely on Guardall to keep the alarm in good working order. The engineers are supported by a very good back office - communication is excellent and the paperwork is handled efficiently. My thanks to all the team.
