  There was good communication prior to work being undertaken. The work was completed in a professional and tidy manner. I would highly recommend, this will be my first choice of plumber for any future jobs that I have.

  Cloakroom toilet pan,cabinet and cistern replacement. re

  Came very promptly and removed old toilet. After we bought replacement toilet pan, cabinet and cistern and given us time to redecorate they returned to fit the items. The cabinet needed to be adapted to fit around existing pipe work. The work was carried out very efficiently and cleanly at a fair price. We were generally very pleased with the service.

  Replace leaking cylinder valve

  I needed a pressure valve replaced on an unvented water cylinder. Gavin was extremely efficient in replacing the valve. He is unsurprisingly busy and most communication was via email but this was clear and useful. The work was completed quickly and considerably cheaper than an alternative quote I have been provided. This in part I attribute to Gavin doing only the work required efficiently and not creating other work. I would certainly recommend and use again.

  Mending shower

  Very efficient workmen-prompt service and good information regarding the issues, replaced cables in attic and sorted out shower problem- now working very well,tidied up well afterward too
