  Fault Finding

  A visit was arranged promptly, and GTS were great at keeping in touch and letting us know when to expect them on the day. We have already had a different company investigate this fault, unsuccessfully. GTS are knowledgeable and thorough and, although the fault couldn't be located on this visit (due to the fact that the issue didn't recur while they were here), a full investigation and assessment was undertaken, and some small changes were made to improve safety in our old house. We were very impressed by GTS's approach, and will definitely call them again if/when the fault reappears.
