Dave was on time, respectful and polite. He carried the work out througerly and explained to me what was wrong and what he was going to do to correct it. It all works well now. Dave was brilliant at communication and customer care. He arrived on time, listened to my enquiries and solved all problems within an hour. He went above and beyond my original request by improving wiring behind the TV. He tested all TVs and left everything clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

David was most helpful, even before coming out he gave advise on how best to resolve our problems.
