I requested quotes from three different bathroom providers for our en suite, and the quote from Lydia at Gosforth Tiling and Bathroom stood out as the best in terms of quality, detail, and turnaround time. Mark, Alex, and the team did an excellent job with the installation. They were professional throughout and took care to minimise disruption by laying protective plastic sheeting through the house. The finished bathroom looks fantastic, and we’re really pleased with the result. I would highly recommend them.

No amount of words could describe the incredible level of service I received from Mark and Lydia. Mark went above and beyond to ensure everything was done within the timeframe and even fixed appliances in my kitchen for no additional cost. Professional job from start to finish. We had a good idea of what we wanted but Mark's suggestions really improved things. The 3D images of the finished design that Lydia drew up gave us an accurate vision of how it would look. Mark got rid of unsightly boxed in pipes and rerouted new, then sunk the shower tray into the floor. These were great ideas we hadn't thought of and has made the finished job look fantastic. Price quoted was the price paid. He even fixed an unrelated leak in the kitchen for us and painted the inside of the bathroom door because it would look better. Highly recommended.
