A very positive, professional experience from start to finish. Before work even started we received a very professional, detailed quote and contract, so we knew that the job was going to be done correctly. Arrived on time every morning as arranged and completed all work to a very high standard. Very pleased with the final result and would definitely use Gosforth Tiling & Bathrooms again.

Mark and his apprentices did an amazing job - kept the place tidy and accessible in the evenings, and gave me updates throughout the project. They managed to finish right on schedule even despite some delays from the tile supplier (not their fault)! I'm very happy with the end result and thought the price was very reasonable. Lovely people as well, would recommend :)

I requested quotes from three different bathroom providers for our en suite, and the quote from Lydia at Gosforth Tiling and Bathroom stood out as the best in terms of quality, detail, and turnaround time. Mark, Alex, and the team did an excellent job with the installation. They were professional throughout and took care to minimise disruption by laying protective plastic sheeting through the house. The finished bathroom looks fantastic, and we’re really pleased with the result. I would highly recommend them.

Mark went above and beyond to ensure everything was done within the timeframe and even fixed appliances in my kitchen for no additional cost.
