Professional job from start to finish. We had a good idea of what we wanted but Mark's suggestions really improved things. The 3D images of the finished design that Lydia drew up gave us an accurate vision of how it would look. Mark got rid of unsightly boxed in pipes and rerouted new, then sunk the shower tray into the floor. These were great ideas we hadn't thought of and has made the finished job look fantastic. Price quoted was the price paid. He even fixed an unrelated leak in the kitchen for us and painted the inside of the bathroom door because it would look better. Highly recommended.

From the planning to the completed job they have been incredible. They planned the design and were incredibly patient with all the alterations we made. The work was completed to a very high standard, they kept us informed every step and they did not leave on the last day until they had cleaned up and removed all the mess. We can not fault them in anyway and would highly recommend them there services.

Mark and Lydia run a highly professional business. We asked them to install a downstairs WC with hand basin in what used to be the cupboard under the stairs. Mark and Lydia are so well organised. The team always turned up on time and communicated very well at every stage of the work undertaken. Mark's team of Joe, Ryan and Alex were extremely good. The standard of their work was excellent. The price quoted was the price we paid and it was very competitive. The other tradesman, tiler, plasterer and joiner were also excellent. A very professional job and we would highly recommend them.

Mark and Lydia are helpful, and friendly, they provided a range of price options, and work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard.

The team was very considerate of my autistic son, arriving early every day through the backdoor to get the job done. I was impressed because everyone was kind and respectful, and the communication was excellent. The team was friendly and skilled in their work, paying special attention to detail and maintaining a high level of cleanliness. They did an excellent job converting my old bathroom into a wetroom and renovating the visitor's bathroom downstairs. I sincerely appreciate everyone's efforts on this project and commend all of the team who worked on it. 10/10 job, would highly recommend!
